What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive:

• your name, email, phone number, postcode and business name, if you give them
• your notes
• the 3D files you upload and the options you picked

While you use the quote tool, your files are sent to our server so it can work out the price and postage.

Why we collect it

To quote, print and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't send marketing emails.

Who sees it

Only our team. Quote requests reach us by email, so they're stored with our email provider. When you order, we give your name and delivery address to the courier so they can deliver it. Our server and email provider may store data outside Australia. We don't sell or share your details or files with anyone else.

Your files

We only use your files to quote and print your job. We keep them with your quote so we can reprint if you need another. Ask us any time and we'll delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts load from our own server.
